UK Delivery Service
Smaller Products weighing less than 40 kgs are despatched via TNT Couriers who have a tracking facility on their website. In practice we find that items sent through them always arrive with the customer within 2 days and we have had a lot of positive customer feedback on their service.
Heavier items are delivered on pallets - we offer an excellent service and although it is never possible to give you an exact time for delivery, we can reliably inform you which day it will be. The service includes wheeling the item to either a place of safety or where directed by yourself.
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel if under 25kgs.
You'll be given a chance in the checkout procedure to leave any instructions regarding where items can be safely left which we will pass on to the carriers. Both our services offer the facility for items to be "left around the back" but this must be authorised by the customer beforehand. This option is entirely at the customers own risk where goods are not signed for.
Where do you deliver to?
We can usually deliver to all areas of Mainland UK and Southern Scotland however some items may incur an additional charge for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. If in any doubt pease request a price for delivery prior to commiting to buy.
What about outside the UK?
We can ship many of our smaller water features anywhere in the world so please contact us for a price - example prices are Magical Taps to Australia / USA etc comes in around £100 - Mainland Europe usually £35 inclusive of insurance
Please request a price for delivery outside the UK,we regularly ship to Ireland and this is usually only £40 surcharge on pallet deliveries.
How quickly do you deliver?
We aim to prepare and deliver all items within 7 - 14 working days – any delays will be notified at time of ordering. We can usually cater for "rush jobs" but appreciate some flexibility with this.
Most of the delivery vehicles are 7.5 tonnes lorries but sometimes the pallet service use larger 14 or even 18 tonne lorries - so if the roadway to your home is narrow or unmade - please advise us of this at the time of ordering and we can make arrangements with the delivery service to use a suitable vehicle beforehand.

Very occasionally, and despite our best efforts in this regard, items can become damaged in transit. When taking delivery of your goods,please insist on being allowed to check for any damage before signing for them.
We are unable to accept any damage claims once goods have been signed for.
In this unlikely event please notify us immediatly and we will arrange for replacements where necessary
