Complete garden re-design for a private client, commenced in May 2018 and finally completed in July 2019
A large country house, dating back to the 1920’s with an old, tired garden offering tremendous possibilities with it’s large size and the presence of some wonderful established trees, the Client decided to completely re-build and modernise the house itself and required a garden to match and compliment the living space.
To set the project rolling, the entire garden layout and planting scheme was designed, and a programme of works commenced with a view to completion in July 2019 when the client would be taking up residence.
Vital considerations were an outdoor cooking area, spacious seating areas, water features, exciting planting layouts with ease of maintenance. Just for good measure an exclusive Breeze House was thrown in to the mix, automatic irrigation, lighting and garden music systems were all included.
Levelling the site involved bringing in almost 300 tons of top soil and allowed for the seamless transition from patios to lawned areas throughout the garden.
